My Story.
Parenting advice has been shaped for an industrial world but our children are growing up in an AI-native, post-career, platform-driven reality. That gap is creating quiet anxiety for families everywhere. Futurist(Mom) exists to bridge that gap. Not to predict the future, but to help you build the literacy, resilience, and confidence families need in a world already in motion.

A Futures Lens, Grounded in Real Life.
For much of my career, I have helped companies, governments, and institutions think beyond short-term disruption and prepare for long-term change, translating complex, fast-moving forces into clear, human-centered insight that empowers better decisions.

But my work is not purely theoretical...
As a mom of three, I've experienced firsthand the tension many parents and educators feel today; the sense that traditional advice, school systems and success metrics were designed for a world that no longer exists.

That lived experience deeply informs my work.

Why Parenting Needs a New Conversation.

Today’s children are growing up in an AI-native, constantly evolving world — one where careers are nonlinear, learning is continuous and adaptability matters more than certainty.

I believe parents and educators don’t need more fear-based narratives or rigid answers. They need context, clarity, and confidence; the ability to understand what’s changing and how to help kids thrive within it.

This belief is what led to the creation of the Futurist(Mom) Podcast.

Why Futurist(Mom).

The Futurist(Mom) Podcast exists to bridge the gap between the rapidly changing world our children are inheriting and the outdated frameworks many families are still relying on.
Through thoughtful conversations with futurists, technologists, educators, and cultural leaders, I help parents and caregivers make sense of this moment — and navigate it with agency rather than anxiety.

The Bigger Picture.

In addition to hosting the Futurist(Mom) Podcast, I work with organizations around the world as a keynote speaker, advisor and strategic thought partner on leadership, innovation and the future of society.

My work explores how exponential change reshapes:
-
Leadership and organizations
-
Education and societal models
-
Human potential and collective wellbeing
